Meet Dr Jennifer

Dr. Jennifer Soto was born in Durango, Mexico, and moved to the U.S. at the age of 14. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and went on to receive her Doctorate from Parker University in Dallas. Her diverse background and bilingual skills allow her to connect deeply with the community she serves, especially Latino community seeking care they can trust and understand.

Known for her hands on, personalized approach, Dr. Soto combines evidence-based techniques like dry needling, cupping, and manual therapy with movement focused care to help people feel aligned, strong, and pain free. Her mission is to guide each patient toward better movement, reduced pain, and long-term wellness through focused, thoughtful care tailored to their lifestyle and goals.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her lifting weights, enjoying downtime, or hanging out with her dog, Jackson. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy mom, or someone looking to feel your best again, Dr. Soto creates a space where healing, strength, and connection come together.
