FAQs
What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation, movement assessment, and full chiropractic examination to understand what’s causing your symptoms.
If appropriate, you may receive your first adjustment and soft-tissue treatment the same day (such as cupping, IASTM, stretching, or muscle work).
We’ll then review a personalized care plan that fits your lifestyle, goals, and activity level.
No pressure, no long-term contracts.
Who can get adjusted?
Chiropractic care is safe for adults and children, athletes, desk workers, active individuals, and seniors.
We customize adjustments based on your comfort level using a variety of techniques. From gentle mobilizations to traditional manual adjustments.
If you’re unsure whether you’re a good candidate, we’re happy to discuss your health history before scheduling.
Do You Take Insurance?
Yes! We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare.
Coverage depends on your provider and plan, so we’re happy to verify your benefits and explain what’s covered for chiropractic adjustments and therapies.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
This allows us to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
Is treatment painful?
Most patients describe adjustments and soft-tissue work as relieving.
Some tight or irritated areas may feel sensitive, but treatment is always done within your comfort level.
You will always be able to communicate what feels okay and what doesn’t.
How long is each appointment?
Initial Visit: 30–45 minutes
Follow-Up Visits: 15–20 minutes
Every session includes hands-on care tailored to your needs that day.
How soon will I feel better?
Many patients feel relief after the first visit, while others may need a few sessions depending on:
The severity and duration of symptoms
Daily habits
Activity level
Work demands and posture
Our goal is to help you improve quickly and teach you how to maintain the progress long-term.
